Protecting our green assets and ultimately our planet is a priority to everyone.
HorticMan Limited will where possible, recycle all green waste generated from both domestic and commercial sites.

• Arisings from tree surgery operations such as: branches and leaves will be chipped and the resulting mulch will be sold for amenity planting areas or composting. All timber will be logged and sold for firewood or craft use if appropriate

• General garden waste: leaf mulch, grass and hedge clippings will be composted and either sold or given to gardeners

• Bio-degradeable chain oil will be used for chainsaws and synthetic 2-stroke oils used in machinery such as brushcutters.

• Where there is no recourse except to take waste to a landfil, the company will only use approved "Green Waste Certified" sites such as: www.aceofherts.com
