Private Client Specifications will include:

• Date of initial visit
• Unique client reference number
• Contact phone numbers and email addresses where appropriate of all parties
• Service level agreement - including agreed number of visits and costs
• Breakdown of work to be carried out during the scheduled programme
• Calendar detailing dates and times of site visits

Commercial Client Specifications will include:

• Date of initial visit
• Dates of regular feedback site visits - to establish how maintenance programme is going, review procedures, add items or improve levels of service
• Unique client reference number
• Details of day-to-day client, as well as senior client (where appropriate)
• Contact phone numbers and email addresses of all parties
• Service level agreement - including agreed number of visits and cost
• Breakdown of work to be carried out during the scheduled programme
• Calendar detailing dates and times of site visits

The specification will detail exactly what the client expects and wants from the schedule, in this way all parties will be aware of their responsibilities. Site visits will be planned in advance to avoid conflicts with other events, such as garden parties or corporate marketing events.
